This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Uptitek collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (a “User”) of the website https://www.association.emberp.com (“Site” or “Services”). This Privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Uptitek.

These policies apply to persons anywhere in the world who use our Services to manage law-office work and legal clients. When you purchase our products: Purchasing Uptitek products or services, we may also collect billing and transactional information.

When using Uptitek products and services: In connection with using certain Uptitek products and services, we may automatically collect certain data relating to the performance and configuration of the Uptitek products and services, our customer’s and their end-users consumption of and interaction of such products and services (“Usage Data”). Usage Data is generally technical information obtained from product software or systems hosting the services, devices accessing these products and services and/or log files generated during such use which typically does not directly identify an end-user.

Through our Customers: In the course of using our products and services, our customers and their end-users may submit or upload information to Uptitek's services for hosting or storage. This customer content is processed by Uptitek on behalf of the customer. Our privacy practices will be governed by the contract that we have in place with our customers and this Privacy Policy will not apply to any personal information contained in such customer content. In accordance with such terms, Uptitek will process such customer content for the purposes of providing the relevant Uptitek services and in accordance with our customer's instructions.

If you have any questions or concerns about how such information is handled, you should contact the person or entity who has contracted with Uptitek to use the Uptitek service to host or process this information (e.g. your employer). We will provide assistance to our customers to address any concerns you may have in accordance with the terms of our contract with them.

Uptitek has no direct relationship with our clients’ customers or third-party who’s Personal Information it may process on behalf of a Client. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent for further contact should direct his or her query to our client company they deal with directly.

If our client requests Uptitek to remove the data, we will respond to its request within thirty (30) days. We will delete, amend or block access to any Personal Information that we are storing only if we receive a written request to do so from our client who is responsible for such Personal Information; unless we have a legal right to retain such Personal Information. We reserve the right to retain a copy of such data for archiving purposes, or to defend our rights in litigation.

6. How long we retain your information?

We will retain personal information we collect from you where we have a justifiable business need to do so and/or for as long as is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, legal, accounting or other purposes). 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. In the cause of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts of England.
